NOTICE OF SALE OF MINERAL COUNTY PROPERTY

Pursuant to an Order of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Mineral County, a Political Subdivision, is selling numerous vehicles, recreational items, heavy equipment, furniture, new patrol seats and misc. items in a Public Auction in Superior, Montana. This sale will take place at the County Impound Yard, County Courthouse – and County Shop. This sale will start @ 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20th, 2026. A list of items to be sold can be found at: co.mineral.mt.us, the County website. Inspection may occur on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on the day of the sale.
*County Shop sale begins at 10:00 a.m. (Near Town Pump – 595 Diamond Match Rd) This is 5 Cattleguards, 1980 CAT Grader, 2006 Chevy ½ ton pickup, 1995 Komatsu Excavator.
*Impound Yard sale begins at 11:00 p.m. (415 Aileron Way ((Airport)) ) This is vehicles and Trailers.
*Courthouse sale begins at 1:00 p.m. (300 River Street) This is furniture, recreational items and misc. (including motorcycles, 4-Wheelers, snowmobiles, etc.)
Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Certified Checks, Bank Drafts, or a Credit Card (2.5% Fee) for the full purchase price – are required at time of sale. Additionally, identification must be provided. All items purchased AS-IS, without Warranty. Items need to be removed by 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 22nd, 2026.
