Invitation for bid
The Mineral County Commissioners and the Mineral County Sheriff’s Office will be accepting bids for the following;
• 2026 Jail Inmate Food Service Contract for Fiscal Year 2026-2027
Bid packages may be picked up at the Mineral County Courthouse beginning on May 27, 2026 and must be returned no later than June 10, 2026 by 4:00 PM. Bids will be opened June 11, 2026 in the commissioner’s room of the Mineral County Courthouse at 11:00 AM. Please return sealed bid and mark your sealed bid “2026 Jail Inmate Food Contract Bid”
Bids can be mailed to Mineral County Courthouse, P.O. Box 550, Superior, MT 59872 or delivered to 300 River Street to the Clerk & Recorder’s Office in the Mineral County Courthouse.
After the bid opening, winning bidder must provide proof of the following:
1. Liability insurance
2. All necessary licenses and certifications
Mineral County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Payment will be made monthly per submitted invoice approved by authorized department head.
