Department of Appraisal & Audit
The Revenue office is the official property valuation center for Mineral County.
The office assists in the collection, computation and maintenance of all assessment
and tax data within the city.
The office performs field assessments and discoveries, schedules and conducts on-site
inspections of personal and real property, audits records of properties, researches and
views personal property, researches and resolves chain of title in disputed boundary cases.
The office prepares the certified mill levy forms for each taxing jurisdiction.
